I agree to adhere to all rules, regulations and decisions made by the event judges, officials and promoters. I understand and agree that I am allowing Fineline Industries, Inc., its employees, sponsors and/or agents to retain the full and complete perpetual rights to use all photos, videos and other likeness to me in, but not limited to, the World Wake Surfing Championships video, photos, website, print media, etc. Further, I agree, that if I miss any rider meetings or competition starting times I may be scratched from the event without notice and/or without a refund.
